Paul States His Apostolic Mission. (verses 2 – 6) B. Paul Explains His Ministry Message. (verses 7 – 12) The bottom line: Jesus is the W-T-L for all. (verse 12) • John 14:6: I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. • Acts 4:12: Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved. • 1 Timothy 2:5: There is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Jesus Christ. Paul’s Encouragement: Do not Be Discouraged. (v. 13) Conclusion: Why not start a new life IN Christ today! God has a gift for you paid for by Jesus Christ. (Romans 6:23) It’s the gift of an abundant new life now & forever. (John 10:10) Like any gift, you need to accept it to receive it. (John 1:12) So, where do you stand with Jesus? • Do you desire His gift of new life? (Matthew 11:28 – 30) Come to Jesus and you will find rest for your soul. • Maybe you’ve wandered and need to come home, (Luke 15:20) Come back to Jesus and you will be welcomed with open arms. • Or do you just long for a deeper walk with Jesus? (Luke 9:23) Come follow Jesus & you will experience life like never before. • Still not sure? That’s okay! (Matthew 7:7) Keep seeking Jesus & either you will find Him or He will find you. God’s promise to every believer. Everyone who calls on the Lord will be saved. (Romans 10:13) You will be welcomed as a child of God – NQA.
